The Sumner Mansion Inn has two large, unique and elegant meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 120 guests for events and meetings.  The space is the largest in the Woodstock/Hartland area and can be used entirely or divided to host smaller groups. The primary meeting space is the rear wing of the mansion that consists of a heated brick floored solarium room and two story library/ball room. This area alone can hold 90 people seated at tables or up to 120 guests in alternative configurations.

Our facility includes a commercial kitchen and we work with the area’s most reputable caterers to make sure your food and beverages meet your expectations and your budget.

Unlike a hotel that requires a certain food and beverage spend per person, the Sumner Mansion Inn charges for the space set up. Catering can be as minimal or as expansive as you like. In addition, your guests will enjoy very elegant surroundings and grounds so your event—no matter how intimate or grand—will be enjoyable and memorable.
